LOGOS Contact Form

The fees for the LOGOS year are $150 for one student, $130 for the second student from the same family. Additional students from the same family participate free of charge. After completing the form below, please click on the “Donations” link on the right hand side of this page. Select LOGOS and submit your payment. Payment plans are welcome and Scholarships are available. Please contact Michelle Harris at UPC for information.
